Our Service

St John of God Health Choices was established on 1 July 2009 and like M&M HealthPower, which was established in 1995, provides a service where medically stable patients can be managed therapeutically and efficiently in their own home.

Communication is maintained at all times with the referring service to provide a seamless transition from hospital to the home. St John of God Health Choices is now one of the largest providers of home nursing services in Melbourne and also has services in regional Victoria and Perth in Western Australia. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

St John of God Health Choices is a provider for Private Health Funds, TAC, DVA & Workcover, whilst also servicing Hospital In The Home & Post Acute Care Programs.
