Our Service

M&M HealthPower has been established since 1995, providing for medically stable patients to be managed therapeutically and efficiently in their own home.
Communication is maintained at all times with the referring service to provide a seamless transition from the hospital to the home. M&M HealthPower is one of the largest providers of home nursing services in Melbourne. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

M&M HealthPower is a preferred provider for Private Health Funds, TAC, DVA & Workcover, whilst also servicing Hospital In The Home & Post Acute Care Programs.
